Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the antique in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected from damage during its journey back to us.

• 3.
  Shipment Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the crate or box and schedule a pickup or drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
